This page will contain reports on our progress, fabrication, and completed Veteran's flagpole dedication ceremonies.

At this time news of our sponsorship results will be updated regularly as we near our funding goals.

CURRENT FUNDING: Period: September 1, 2022 through March 1, 2023 28 ADK clients contacted, 28 responses [96.4% positive].        Funding pledged to date: $76,500.00 Percentage of our annual goal for 2023: 67.50% Annual budget for 20 flagpoles & delivery/installation: $120,000

501-c-3 Status:

• Meeting June 21, 2022 to determine our approval determination.
• APPROVED under Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement with Players Philanthropy Fund giving us 501-c-3 status.
• APPROVED New York State non-profit organization incorporation with tax exempt status.
• Website Status: Complete update and new layout being done pro-bono by professional I.T. Staff

Veteran Application Status Status:

• Veteran application Form and guidelines being reviewed by staff and Board officers.
• Applications will be accepted beginning October 1, 2022
• Veteran selections for 2023 Season to be voted on by Committe December 15, 2022
• Flagpole production for next season to begin January, 2023
• Flagpole deliveries and Honor Ceremonies to begin May 1, 2023

• Complete rennovation of 1600 s.f. shop at 118 Ragged Lake Road completed on March 1, 2023.
• Now in full production making our Heroes flagpoles, 4 scheduled for March 2 completed already.
• April, May and June of 2023 scheduled for 5 Heroes flagpoles to be completed per month.

The "Final 100":

• Our goal is to handcraft and install 100 flagpoles over the next five years. It is possible if this venture is succesfull we may continue beyond that.
